Appointment Policy:
A credit/debit card is required to reserve all appointments at FAB Face and Body. Please note that while the card will not be charged at the time of booking, it will be used to secure your appointment. In the event of a no-show appointment without prior cancellation notice, a $50 fee will be applied to your card to cover the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
At FAB Face and Body, we kindly ask that all clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your full service, adjustments may be necessary to stay on schedule and respect the time of our other clients. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure a smooth process.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand that we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain an efficient and enjoyable experience for all of our clients.
Cancellation Policy:
We value our clients’ time and the time of our staff at our med spa, so we kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client in need of services.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, to maintain our commitment to all clients and ensure the availability of our services, we have established the following no show policy:
Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
No Show Definition: A “no show” is defined as failing to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice or cancellation call.
Charge for No Show: If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged a $50 no show fee. This fee will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card on file. If the card is not sucessfully ran, the fee will be added to your account and must be paid in full prior to scheduling any future apts at FAB.
Booking Future Appointments: To ensure continued access to our services, please be advised that settling any no show fees is required before scheduling additional appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We value your time and appreciate your commitment to FAB. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
Children / Treatments for Minors Policy:
While we welcome children to our spa when necessary, we kindly ask that all parents or guardians ensure their children are well-behaved and respectful of the quiet and relaxing atmosphere we strive to maintain for our clients.
At FAB Face and Body, we understand the importance of providing treatments to minors with parental consent. If your child is under the age of 18 and is receiving a treatment at our spa, we require written consent and that a parent or guardian be present for the duration of at least the first procedure.
We want to ensure the safety and comfort of all our young clients, and having a parent or guardian present helps us achieve this goal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Return Policy:
We strive to provide our clients with the best products at FAB Face and Body. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the amount refunded will vary based on the amount of product used.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your receipt and reason for return. We will work with you to process the refund in a timely manner.
At FAB, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible results from our treatments. Due to the individualized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any treatments. We understand that results may vary per client, and we are committed to working with each client to achieve their desired outcome.
If a client is unsatisfied with their results, we are happy to offer additional treatments at the client’s expense to help them achieve their desired results. Our team of skilled professionals will work closely with the client to develop a treatment plan that meets their needs and expectations. Please note that it is for clients to communicate their goals and expectations clearly during the consultation process to ensure that we can provide the best possible outcome. We are here to support our clients every step of the way and are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results.
